To meet the demand of different user groups, three levels of interaction with the software have been implemented. The topmost interface requires a minimum knowledge of the modelling process and the scientific content. It can be used for Spatial Decision Support processes or Impact Assessment facilitating interactions a diversity of stakeholders.
Alternatively the engine gives the scientific user the possibilities to develop model solutions, implement form based input structure for an easy use of the solution and configure the system for automated background processes.
In the third instance the developers can use xml or java language to implement or improve new background processes and model components.
